Not Yoga was formed out of Mellisa’s want to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and their appreciation of the human body’s ability and capacity for movement in a setting beyond 1 on 1.
Not Yoga is a space for individuals to gather collectively but to appreciate and learn through their own body’s experience in this group practice.
You may find in the practice that you will sense similarities in yoga, meditation, Animal Flow, FRC principles and that is because those are the tools I offer to my 1 on 1 clients and now offering it in group practice.
