A little about my YOGA classes:

For me YOGA is more than just sun salutations, head stands, postures to get more mobile or reach a certain state. It goes much deeper than that for me. It’s about understanding myself through honest observation, exploring and strengthening my mind and body as a whole to be open to opportunities and to continue to evolve as a whole.

As with most teachers our classes are curated through the expertise and experiences the we have. I have a background in yoga, Animal Flow and FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) which I use in combination and then some in my classes.
