This is my personal practice. I am offering for a limited time space for you to join me in my practice.

My personal practice is not built so much on concepts and ideas but much on feeling. These feelings will shift, change as moments do. It’s hard to articulate and so I know it’s hard to grasp what I am offering but if you so inclined to come and dance with me for an hour with no expectations I welcome you!
